Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, pieces must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with complete packaging, including certificates and invoices

Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain pieces are made exclusively for you and are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or bespoke jewellery

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Made-to-order designs

These pieces are crafted with individual intent and cannot be restocked.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Ring size adjustments

  • Alternate design selection

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Our team will assist you in finding the most suitable replacement.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within the return window:

Once approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • Items must be securely packaged

  • Return shipping timelines will be shared

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

We will prioritise a resolution at the earliest.
