STEP 1

Order Processing & Production

At The Brillora Jewelry House, we take pride in creating high-quality jewelry with careful attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are made specifically for you, please review our production timelines below:

  • Made-to-Order Items (Standard): The majority of our jewelry, including engagement rings, is made to order. Please allow 2 weeks (10–14 business days) for production and quality control before your item is shipped.

  • Custom & Unique Designs: Highly customized or specially designed pieces may require more than 2 weeks for production. If your order requires additional time, we will communicate the estimated timeline with you directly.

  • In-Stock Items: Select items may be ready to ship and are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Please Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

STEP 2

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your jewelry has completed production and passed our quality inspection, it will be prepared for shipment. You will receive an automated email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its delivery.

  • Standard Free Shipping (US): We offer free standard shipping throughout the United States. Orders are shipped with appropriate insurance. Once shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days.

  • Total Timeline: For a standard made-to-order item, please expect a total delivery timeframe of approximately 3 weeks from the date your order is placed until it arrives.

  • Shipping Options: Additional shipping options may be available at checkout. Expedited shipping options may involve an additional fee and may not be free.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Signature Requirements & Security

Important: Please carefully inspect your package for visible damage, tampering, or other irregularities before accepting the delivery.

For the security of your jewelry, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. Where a signature is required, please ensure that someone is available to accept the package.

The shipping carrier may have its own delivery procedures and guidelines regarding signatures and package release.

Packaging & Gift Options

Every order from The Brillora Jewelry House is carefully packaged to provide a premium unboxing experience. Depending on the product, packaging may include an authenticity certificate and an elegant jewelry box.

  • Complimentary Gift Packaging: Eligible orders may receive complimentary gift packaging at no additional cost.

  • Gift Messages: If gift packaging is selected, we can beautifully wrap the jewelry box and include your requested gift message.

  • Message Accuracy: Gift messages will be printed as entered. Please carefully review your message before submitting your order and ensure that there are no spelling or formatting errors.

  • No Emojis: Please do not include emojis in gift messages, as they may not be supported during printing.

  • Multiple Items: Unless otherwise specified as separate gifts, multiple items in the same order may be packaged together in one jewelry box.
